Oyepeju Ayomide Ogunseye is an astute administrator, seasoned legal professional with expertise in Commercial and Industrial law, possessing a strong academic background and diverse professional certifications. Acknowledged as an amiable, respectful, cultured, resourceful and dynamic professional, backed by her desire of being an advocate of law, she bagged her law degree in 2015 from Afe Babalola University, Ekiti State. The necessity for her to be a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria took her to the Nigerian Law School, to undergo the mandatory one-year legal professional training, and upon completion of her BL degree, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. She obeyed the clarion call for National Service in 2016 as a State Counsel, Ondo State Ministry of Justice, Akure and upon completion of her National Youth Service programme, she engaged in active legal practice as Legal Associate in the Law firms of O.L. Omoloye & Co. and subsequently, Bala Yakubu & Co. Her insatiable appetite for knowledge caused her to earn a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Ibadan in the Department of Commercial and Industrial Law. Currently, she is a doctoral student in the Faculty of Law, University of Ibadan.

She possesses an unquenchable quest for professionalism thereby making her an Associate Member of Dispute Resolution Academy where she was certified as a Dispute Resolution Specialist particularly in Mediation, Conciliation, Negotiation and Arbitration, a member of Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (ACIHRM), and member, International Strategic Management Institute (ISMI). Most importantly, she is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). At a social level, she is a woman with a charitable heart which is evidential in her being a founding member/ volunteer of IROC-Africa, a NGO dedicated to providing free legal services to indigent inmates. Despite her career engagements, she also volunteers as Legal Advisor OjabyLollah an online Market platform.

She is a scholar per excellence and has both published and unpublished works amongst which include: Defences to Criminal Liability (Unpublished, 2015), Review of the Tax Incentives for Foreign Investment in Nigeria (Unpublished, 2019), Co-Author on Legitimization of the Illegal Child: An Appraisal of the Prior Express Authorization of the Security Council required for all Enforcement Measures under the United Nations Charter (Achievers University Law Journal, Volume 2(1) 2022), Co- Author on An Appraisal of Tax Incentives for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Nigeria and the Legal Remedies for Termination of International Investment Agreements (Ife Business Law Review Journal, Vol.5, 2024).

Her invaluable experience as a legal practitioner cum Administrator propelled her to join the services of Atiba University as Principal Assistant Registrar and sequel to her outstanding performances, she was recently appointed as the Acting Registrar / Secretary Governing Council.
