HRH Dr. Barr. Shehu Usman Chindo-Yamusa 111 became the Emir of Keffi in Nasarawa State on the 14th of December, 2015. The Emir bagged a Diploma in Law from the famous ABU Zaria before obtaining a degree in Law from Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto in 1996 and was called to the bar in 1998. He has his Master’s Degree in Environmental Law and Policy, Petroleum and Minerals Law and Policy in 2004 from the University of Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom. Dr Shehu Usman Chindo Yamusa 111 bagged his Doctorate Degree in Energy Law with a specialization in Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development at the Islamic University of Malaysia. He is an academic who has vast experience working with the Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC).
