Transcript Request Application Process 

To request a transcript, please send an application to transcript@atibauniversity.edu.ng with the following details and attachments:
 
Required Information
1. Student’s full name
2. Matriculation number
3. Department
4. Program (Undergraduate or Graduate)
5. Number of transcript copies required
6. Delivery method (email or physical)
7. Address for physical delivery (if applicable)
 
Application Requirements
– The application must be signed by the student
– The application must be addressed to the Exams and Records Office
 
Attachments
1. Receipt of payment for transcript request
 
Fees
– Undergraduate transcript: ₦75,000
– Graduate student copy: ₦10,000
– Graduate academic copy: ₦25,000
 
Payment Requirements
– Previous and current session fees must be completely paid
 
Processing Time
– All transcript requests: 3 weeks
 
Additional Charges
– Physical delivery charges apply if transcript is not sent via email
