We are pleased to welcome you to Atiba University Oyo for the 2026/2027 academic session.
We wish to inform all newly admitted students that there has been an upward review of the approved school fees for the 2026/2027 academic session. This review has become necessary to reflect current operational, academic, and administrative costs involved in providing quality university education and services.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this adjustment may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We remain committed to providing a conducive learning environment and quality education and student services.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Resumption Date
Resumption for the 2026/2027 academic session is scheduled for 25th September 2026 for freshers and 29th September 2026 for Staylites.
2. Revised School Fees
The newly reviewed school fees for all programmes are attached to this notice. Our fee guide/flyer is also attached for easy reference and to help students clearly understand the applicable fees for their respective programmes.
All students are advised to carefully review the fee schedule applicable to their programme before proceeding with payment.
3. Official Payment Channels — PLEASE TAKE NOTE
All payments to the University must be made ONLY through the official University student portal or into an official University bank account.
Students are strongly advised not to make payments into any personal account or to any individual claiming to be acting on behalf of the University.
The University will not be responsible for payments made through unauthorised channels or to unauthorised persons. Always confirm payment details through the official University platforms or the appropriate University office before making any payment.
4. Clearance and JAMB Admission Letters
Upon completing your physical clearance on resumption, your JAMB admission letter will be processed and sorted within the first two weeks of resumption on campus.
5. Portal Clearance Process
Students who have paid their acceptance fee and uploaded the required documents should proceed with the clearance process by:
a. Logging in to your Applicant Portal
b. Transitioning to your Student Portal
c. Paying the applicable minimum payable fees, which include:
Accommodation Fee
First Tuition Fee
Other Fees
Administrative Fee
Please note that the applicable fees are the newly reviewed fees for the 2026/2027 academic session.
6. Important Documents
A list of important documents and other requirements is attached to this notice. All students are advised to review the information carefully and ensure that they come prepared for physical clearance.
7. Course Registration
DO NOT attempt to register for courses on the Student Portal until further instructions are provided. Students will be duly notified when course registration officially opens.
8. Meal Tickets
Further information regarding meal tickets, including the process for obtaining and using them, will be made available in due course. Students are advised to await official communication from the University on this matter.
9. Medical Clearance Fee
The Medical Clearance Fee of ₦32,500 is payable by all applicable students. Details of the designated payment account and payment instructions will be provided subsequently.
Students are advised not to make any payment for the medical clearance fee until the official payment details are released by the University.
